CAN I RETOUR A PRODUCT THAT I DON'T LIKE?
You can return or exchange any item within a period of 14 days, starting the day you receive your goods. We can exchange your item for another one, or give you back your money.

All returned items must be in unused condition. Returning items is at your own cost and your own risk. Not all items can be returned. Items which are on order are cannot be returned. This means that the items are not in stock and are ordered with the suppliers after your purchase is done.
Items which are tailor made for you cannot be returned, these items include dining all Heerenhuis products, Atelier Areti lighting and the Safari chairs.
Note: the right to return goods is not applicable on products that are physically bought in the showroom as these products can be inspected before purchase.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT SAINT EVE?
Yes, we use PayPal and Ogone as secure payment service providers. These are the best and safest ways to use your credit card over the internet and all orders are processed through these secure checkout systems provided by our payment service providers. Your personal security is important to us so we always update our systems with the latest security technology.
However, if you do prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.
CAN I SEE A PRODUCT BEFORE I BUY IT?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our apartment in the heart of Antwerp. All items that are in stock are displayed here.
This way you can check measurements, fabrics, materials and quality for yourself.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
On each product page of our site, you can see the shipping time. Most of our items are in stock, this means they will be packed and posted within 24hours.
This means you'll get your package in Belgium and the Netherlands within two working days. Once processed, you'll receive an email with all shipping information and tracking link.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Saint Eve to the shipping address. Once they have been delivered at your door and signed by you, they are no longer covered by insurance.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'M NOT AT HOME?
The package will be delivered at your door. When no one is home there will be a second visit the next working day. When again no one is home, you will be left a note in your mailbox, saying you can pick up your package and sign for it at your nearest GLS shipping point within 10 days. If you haven't picked up your parcel within 10 days, extra storage costs can be applied.
